Description

The Town of Princeton (Owner) invites Proposals, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), from Proponents for the Allison Avenue Sanitary Sewer Realignment project.
The Proponent is to include the following work that represents a base Proposal:

• 560m of 300mm DR35 PVC sanitary sewer main, with 160m of those at a 3-5m depth
• 100m of 200mm DR35 PVC sanitary sewer main
• 14 sanitary sewer manholes, including one exterior drop structure
• 38 sanitary sewer services.
• 7 watermain crossing locations
• 7,050 sq. m. of hot-mix asphalt c/w base gravels.
• 450 sq. m. of crushed gravel for shouldering
• Tie ins to existing sewer main c/w by-pass pumping as required
• In addition to responding to the base Proposal, the Proponent is invited to propose any innovations that the Proponent believes will reduce the cost of the Project, improve the constructability of the Project, or improve the performance of the facility. The intent is for the Proponent to use their knowledge of construction practices to improve the overall Project by shortening the construction time frame and reducing the overall Project cost.
