SAIT is seeking a qualified supplier of Project Management Consulting Service solutions to submit an innovative proposal response related to their proposed solution(s) as it pertains to the most efficient and effective operations and delivery ensuring it meets operations and campus school/department needs. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to source a Project Management Advisory consultant. SAIT is seeking an experienced consultant to lead the Transition to Operations for the Taylor Family Campus Center (TFCC). Construction of the TFCC is well underway, with a targeted handover in mid-2027. This RFP seeks project management advisory services to support the transition to operations and activation of the new facility. The selected consultant will support operational readiness, coordinate with the TFCC project delivery team, manage external consultants and contractors, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable successful occupancy, handover, and integration of the new campus facility.
