Description

The District of Houston is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced General Contractor who understands the risks of demolition and replacement of concrete over active refrigerant pipes. The work is expected to commence in April after ice programs have completed and achieve Ready-for-Takeover by mid-August 2026, at the latest, for commencement of the next ice program season. Bonding will be required for this project. The contract will be a CCDC 2 2020 with BCDC 2 2022 supplementary conditions.
