Description

Through this Request for Proposal (Opportunity), the City of Kelowna, here after referred to as the “City”, invites proposals for the construction of:

Water transmission main upgrades along Stellar Drive and Main Street/Chute Lake Road to increase system capacity from the Cedar Creek transmission system. In addition to the transmission main installation all associated earthworks, utility coordination, testing, commissioning, surface restoration, shall be completed to support the planned system capacity increase. The goal of the upgrades is to support a system capacity of 70 ML/d with provisions for an ultimate capacity of 95 ML/d.
