Description

City of Prince George (the “City “) invites bids from qualified and experienced Suppliers for the supply of road patching materials and aggregate, Free Carrier (FCA) using City trucks from the Supplier’s plant

This is a non-exclusive, as required supply arrangement whereby the City intends to award this supply contract to more than one (1) Supplier on the basis of lowest bid, determined by Bidder’s delivery costs, availability of product, and compliance with all the requirements of this Invitation to Tender.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
