Description

The City of St. Albert (the City) is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to provide engineering services including Field and Laboratory Quality Control Testing of construction materials including Asphalt Concrete Pavement Testing, Concrete Testing, and Soils, Granular Materials Testing and Pavement Evaluations and Pavement Design.

The scope of services will consist of both field and laboratory materials testing services either requested by the Contractor or City on an on-call or as requested basis. The City requires Contractors provide adequate notice in tender and contract documents, however, there may be circumstances where services may be unforeseen or urgent in nature. The Consultant should be aware and willing to accommodate these requests to the best of their ability.
