The purpose of this RFP is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of one (1) new tandem 6x4 plow truck suitable for winter operations, in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined herein delivered to Grand Bay-Westfield New Brunswick.
