Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Provision of Trauma Clean-Up Services for Biomedical Materials

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on December 2, 2025.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Metrolinx is currently seeking vendors with the necessary experience to provide both Trauma Related and Non-Fatal Trauma related services for one (1) Region or more than one (1) Region of Metrolinx’s GO station network. The services required will cover the entire station footprint, including, but not limited to, the following areas:
(a) Washrooms;
(b) Track level (only within the confines of the station);
(c) Maintenance rooms;
(d) Platform level; and
(e) Any other areas as directed by Metrolinx staff upon arrival.

It is the intention of Metrolinx to establish a Contract with one (1) or more Bidders. Bidders have the option to bid on one (1) or more than one (1) or all of the Regions outlined below. Each region will be evaluated independently of each other and will be awarded the Upset Limit amount noted.

1. North Region $100,000 Upset Limit Amount
2. Toronto Region $200,000 Upset Limit Amount
3. Union Station $130,000 Upset Limit Amount
4. East Region $200,000 Upset Limit Amount
5. West Region $200,000 Upset Limit Amount
6. South Region $130,000 Upset Limit Amount


Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
