The work associated with this contract includes construction at two separate sites:

General scope for each part is as follows:

Part A - Richmond Road from Newton Street to Bay Street - Work on Richmond Road primarily consists of road reconstruction, paving, sidewalks, curbs, retaining walls, button activated flashers for pedestrian crossings, road markings, signage and minor drainage and water works.

Part B - Wilkinson Road from Greenlea Drive to Quick’s Bottom Park south entrance – Work on Wilkinson Road primarily consists of road reconstruction/widening, paving, sidewalks, curbs, retaining walls, road markings, signage and minor storm/sanitary sewer works.
