The Winskill Aquatic Centre is a multi-phase tendered project that will provide the public with a 10 lane 25-meter lap pool, teaching pool, hot and cold plunge pool and leisure pool c/with water toys and water slide, sauna, steam room, exercise area, gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms and Boys and Girls Club. This phase of tendering consists of unit masonry and masonry veneer, structural steel, architectural woodwork, mass timber and glu-lam beams, concrete damp-proofing of perimeter concrete walls, preformed metal cladding and building envelope, modified membrane roofing, fireproof spray, doors, frames and hardware, coiling and sliding doors, glazed aluminum curtain wall, window shades, steel stud and drywall, resilient and carpet flooring, gymnasium wood and pulastic flooring, acoustic wall and ceiling systems, painting, miscellaneous specialties, interior and exterior signage, toilet partitions and accessories, phenolic lockers & cubbies, gym equipment, pool accessories, pool mechanical, HVAC building mechanical and electrical.
