District of Squamish is seeking proposals for the supply and implementation of an Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Solution.
Squamish is a fast-growing community of approx. 30,000 residents ideally situated on the scenic Sea to Sky Highway between Vancouver, British Columbia"s largest District and Whistler, a four-season mountain resort consistently ranked the number one ski resort in North America. The District is a service-driven municipal organization whose daily mission is to meet the needs of its residents to ensure a safe, highly functioning, and livable community.
Through this RFP, the District is seeking to procure a cloud-based SaaS HRIS solution to centralize, digitize, and streamline HR operations. This modern platform will replace multiple disconnected tools with a unified hybrid ERP-HRIS solution, enhancing efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.
The scope of this project includes system design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, integration, ongoing support, and other related services.
