This project includes replacement of the following two schools:
Delton K-6 Replacement School in Delton
Spruce Avenue 7-9 Replacement School in Spruce Grove

Delton K-6 Replacement School in Delton: It is the replacement of an existing Delton K-6 school located on 12126 – 89 St NW Edmonton in a mature neighborhood of Delton community. The empty parcel of land across 122nd Avenue is to be developed for staff parking. The new K-6 school will be built behind the existing school on the same property. The existing school will remain operational during the construction of the new school. The existing school will be demolished once the construction of the new school is completed and occupied.

Spruce Avenue 7-9 Replacement School in Spruce Grove: It is the replacement of an existing 7-9 school located on 11424 – 102 St. NW Edmonton in a mature neighborhood. The new 7-9 school will be built on SW side of the same property. The existing school will remain operational during the construction of the new school. The existing school will be demolished once the construction of the new school is completed and occupied.
