Description

The Town of Amherst is currently accepting proposals for the demolition and clean-up of the building located at 77 Station Street (PID 25124017) in Amherst, Nova Scotia. The site consists of a one-story, warehouse-like structure with a small 2nd floor office and a basement under half of the structure. The building was ordered demolished by the Planning Advisory Committee for the Town of Amherst on September 25, 2024. The interior of the building has been cleared of its contents.
