The Town of Oromocto is currently accepting proposals for the Redevelopment of the Waterfront Aquatic Centre located on the banks of the beautiful Saint John River.

The Town of Oromocto envisions a vibrant, welcoming waterfront destination that serves as a social and cultural hub for residents and visitors. The proposed bar/pub/brew-house will be a cornerstone of the waterfront area, offering a unique blend of hospitality, community engagement, and scenic beauty. The venue should be accessible by water, walking/biking trails, and roads, and designed to complement the natural surroundings of the Oromocto River.

The Town seeks a partner who can bring this vision to life through thoughtful design, inclusive programming, and sustainable operations. The space should encourage community interaction, support local events, and provide a relaxing atmosphere for patrons of all ages.
