Description

The objective of this Request for Proposal, Pre-Qualification, (RFPQ) is to solicit Proposals from qualified consultants for the provision of Engineering Consultant Services in a range of both general and specialized consultant services that will be required by Athabasca County (the “County”). Consultants who can deliver professional services in all the specified categories may be recognized as final pre-qualified consultants. The aim of this process is to save overall time on the completion of deliverables and reduce consultant costs involved in the submission of multiple engineering proposals. The County intends to pre-qualify five (5) consultants that can perform all (but not limited to) the prescribed Engineering categories, listed in Section 2.2 of this RFPQ document over a three (3) year period, with work commencing as early as January 2026.
