Description

Notice is hereby given by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (the “University”) of its intent to award a contract to Scarab Digital Studios Incorporated, for the custom creation of a Virtual Production Studio including sourcing, installation, configuration, and training.

Preference is for a single vendor to provide end-to-end services including sourcing, installation, training, IT integration, and ongoing support for a customized Virtual Production Studio. The vendor must be able to provide on-site support to KPU’s Richmond campus and possess significant industry experience in film-related virtual production. All goods and services, including equipment delivery, setup, training, and post-installation support, must be completed by March 31, 2026.

The estimated budget for the purchase of these products and services, as described in Section 2 below, is between $ 200,000 - $ 250,000, excluding taxes.
