Clear Hills County invites qualified assessment firms to submit proposals to perform assessment services for the County. Assessment services must be planned and executed in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, and all applicable assessment regulations. The Assessor should have experience and expertise in performing municipal assessment services, be free of any obligations or interests that may conflict or affect their ability to perform and act as the Assessor of the County, and have the capacity to provide this service in a timely manner.
