Description

The Town of Banff (the “Town”) is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to the parties interested in issuing a Proposal for the upgrading the lighting of the Banff Fire Hall, garage bay, and associated residential units at 201 Beaver Street in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Scheduling of the work in the garage bay is sensitive where the fire trucks can’t be left outside from approximately November to April, depending on the daytime temperatures. Additionally, given the emergent nature of the work carried in the building, the Proponents will need to pay special care to planning and service delivery in the building.
