OCRC is seeking to contract with one (1) qualified Proponent who can provide managed IT services including but not limited to: service desk management, asset procurement & lifecycle management, patch management, administration of applications, and other ad-hoc IT related services. The intent of this contract is for the Proponent to act as a “one-stop shop” for OCRC.
