• Through this RFB, the Ministry is seeking a qualified Vendor to supply, deliver and install Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (UHPLC) and Quadrupole High Resolution Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer / Mass Spectrometer (QTOF-MS/MS) system (the “Solution”), training, software, and warranty services throughout the Term of the Agreement.
  
  The UHPLC and QTOF-MS/MS systems must be controlled simultaneously by the Bidder’s software and work together as one Solution. Bidders must submit a bid that includes both systems and all components.
• Scope of Work
  The Centre of Forensic Sciences (CFS) provides scientific laboratory services in support of the administration of justice and public safety programs.
  
  The Solution will support activities related to forensic analysis by providing identification, comparison and quantitation of a diverse range of materials in a multi-user environment. Forensic sample types include, but are not limited to: post-mortem blood, serum, urine, liver, pharmaceuticals, commonly abused drugs, and food products.
