Description

In accordance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Province of Nova Scotia and applicable Town Policies and By-Laws, the Town of New Glasgow is soliciting proposals from qualified residential constructors/developers, with a proven track record of successful collaborative projects, interested in entering into an agreement with the Town for the development of lands located at the end of Kennedy Court, with street frontage on Churchill Drive, more specifically identified as PID 00953000. The Town is currently in the process of sub-dividing PID 00953000 into two lots. Lot 25-1 and Lot 25-2 will be created. The lots will be divided by a public street. The agreement to develop will be through a Purchase and Sale Agreement with development conditions. The current assigned address for this parcel is 277 Abercrombie Road; however, the Town will change the civic address once a development plan is approved and registered.

The Town of New Glasgow intends to consider proposals from one or more Proponents who desire to purchase the property for multi-unit residential development.
