Description

The scope of work for this RFP includes project management and hydraulic modelling and analysis of the Lyle Street CSO Sewershed. The outcomes of this modelling exercise should be used to develop a workplan that includes a list of proposed projects to meet level of service for both the storm and combined sewers, suggested phasing of the projects, and a high-level costing for each of the projects. The successful proponent will be able to provide network capacity analysis throughout the sewershed and stormwater capture estimates for all sub-catchments. These objectives will be evaluated under existing and future growth conditions.
