Description

RFP - Consultant Services - Site and Servicing Design for Modular Building Sites

The Department of Public Works, require the services of a Consultant Team to deliver planning, design, tender ready documents, tender phase services, and construction phase services design of site works and services for future modular buildings. The intent is to provide services for six (6) sites with the potential for up to six (6) additional sites. The sites will be located within 25 km of the urban core of Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). The Modular Building procurement will be conducted by DPW through a separate procurement.
