A maximum of two representatives of each Respondent, or its authorized representatives, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.
Failure of a Bidder to attend a Mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.
