The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select an Engineer (the “Engineering Consultant”) to provide services as the Engineer of Record, Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP), and Prime Consultant for the Olympic View Targeted Balcony and Beam Restoration. The Engineering Consultant, acting as a Prime Consultant, will directly contract the additional consultants required for the project

Proponents are to identify and incorporate into their Proposals the full consultant team proposed to service the Schematic Design, Design Development, Contract Preparation, Pricing Procurement, Construction Contract Administration Services, and Post Completion Services/Project Wrap-up. The Olympic View Targeted Balcony and Beam Restoration project is located at 4511 Chatterton Way, in District of Saanich.
