Event Note

Proponents are advised that there will be a Mandatory site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.5 above. A maximum of two representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Lester B. Pearson 125 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON at the King Edward Pavilion entrance. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to crystal.yan@bgis.com by October 27th, 2025 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Proponents are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Proponents cannot use a representative from another Proponent as its representative to attend the site visit.
