Description

The Division has selected the Design-Build project delivery method with emphasis on collaboration and focus on continuous and consistent Design-Builder, consultant and Division participation. Project governance will foremost lie with representatives from the Division, Design-Builder, major trade contractors and major discipline consultants (ASME & Cost). Essentially, this is the Project Leadership Team accountable to senior Division leadership; Project Executive Committee having overview of the entire project execution. The Division will engage a Design-Builder, through this NRFP process as the primary contractor taking the responsibility of executing the contract and sub-contracting firms necessary to meet the contract objectives. Proponents are also required to name their prime architectural consultant for the project and contract with the architect per the requirements of CCDC 14 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract (2013) Including Supplementary General Conditions, attached in Appendix A.
