Description

Vancouver Coastal Health (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“ RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified independent third-party Commissioning Authority (CxA) firms to undertake the services with respect to Fentiman Long-Term Care Replacement Project (the “ Project”).

The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Consultant (Commissioning Authority) for the Project. The Authority has already engaged a Managing Consultant (Architectural) and it’s Sub-Consultants (mechanical, electrical, structural, & civil, etc.).
