Description

E-Comm 911 is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced Design-Build teams to design and construct a 22,000 usable square foot Emergency CommunicationCentre in a newly complpeted building in Surrey, British Columbia. The facility will serve as a critical infrastructure hub, supporting emergency communications, dispatch operations, and space for administrative support.

The selected team will be responsible for delivering a fully operational, code compliant, and cost-effective facility that meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability. This will be a 2 staged process in which the first stage aims to pre-qualify 2 or more firms to participate in the second stage. These pre-qualified firms will be given further details and asked to make a presentation to determine which one is the best fit for E-Comm and our Project
