Signed Tenders are to be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for City of Parksville, 5330-20-RENZ, Renz Road Restoration” and will be received at the office of Koers & Associates Engineering Ltd. at 194 Memorial Avenue, Parksville, BC, up to 2:00:00 pm, local time, on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The results of the opening will be emailed to Tenderers following the opening. Any Tenders submitted after the date and time of closing will be returned to the tenderer unopened.

The work involves the re-construction of approximately 20 lineal metres of roadway on Renz Road between Nanoose Avenue and Ridgefield Drive.
