DESIGN CONSULTING SERVICES

The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie is seeking proposals to obtain a Prime Consultant with relevant experience to provide the architectural and engineering consulting services required in connection with the planning and design of fire stations or combined public safety buildings that house fire services for Station 1 and Station 2 of the Cap-Acadie Fire Department.

The proposals accepted will be those who are sent by email OR in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the contents and brought to the Town Hall before the proposal closing on Friday, November 21, 2025 at noon (ATL).

The proposal document is available on the New Brunswick Opportunities Network, Cap-Acadie"s website and at the Cap-Acadie Town Hall during business hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4pm, and Friday from 8am to noon. The offices are closed between noon and 1pm from Monday to Thursday.

The Regional Town of Cap-Acadie reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for this project.
