The North Red Deer River Water Services Commission (NRDRWSC) is seeking a qualified consultant to undertake a Traditional Knowledge Assessment (TKA) in support of the NRDRWSC Waterline Expansion Project. This engagement will respectfully document land-based knowledge, cultural values, and sacred or historically significant areas within and adjacent to the proposed pipeline corridor. This Traditional Knowledge Assessment will complement environmental and regulatory submissions, support culturally informed decision-making, and contribute to long-term stewardship and intergovernmental relationships.
