Description

City of Prince George (the “City) invites submissions from qualified Consultants demonstrating their interest, relevant expertise and capability for the design and production of construction drawings, specifications, tender support and contract administration for replacement of the rooftop deck waterproofing membrane, concrete repairs and drainage system improvements at the 5th Avenue Parkade located at 1404 5th Avenue, Prince George, BC.

The Contract will be completed in the following phases:
Phase 1 – Schematic Concept Design and Class C Cost Estimate - Completion Date: March 31, 2026
*Phase 2 – Detailed Design and Class A Cost Estimate - Completion Date: June 30, 2026
*Phase 3 – Tender Process & Construction - Completion Date: TBD
* Phases 2 & 3 are pending Consultant performance and project budget approval.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
