Description

Work of this RFP includes to interior and exterior architectural elements, new mechanical and electrical systems, fire proofing including sprinklers, code updates, site improvements, and the like. Goal of this project is to prepare the building for tenant improvements to floors 1-6.

a) Work of the Project has been divided into the following packages:
i. Contract "A" for the procurement of electrical equipment which has not been awarded.
ii. Contract "B" for the procurement of mechanical equipment which has not been awarded.
iii. Contract "C" for the window replacement which comprises the Work of this Contract.
