The School District No. 60 (Peace River North) (“SD60”) is intending to undertake HVAC upgrades at Clearview Elementary School, 13786 223 Rd, Goodlow, BC, (the “Project”) consisting of:

● Replacement of the entire school Honeywell control system with new Delta Controls direct digital control system.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to invite interested parties to make submissions for the design-build of this project (the “Services”) to ensure completion by March 27, 2026. Proponents may submit proposals for either component of the Project or the entire Project.
