Description

Bowen Island Municipality (‘BIM’, the ‘Municipality’) is seeking proposals from a consultant led team to develop an Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) Reduction Program for the Snug Cove Sewer System (‘the System’). The I&I Reduction Program should include recommendations to identify, analyze and provide recommendations to address (preferably eliminate, but at minimum mitigate) I&I occurrences within the System. Proponents shall familiarize themselves with all aspects of the work required for this RFP. Further information regarding the scope of work is contained in the Scope of Servicessection of this document.
