Description

Mohawk Medbuy Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “MMC”) plans to issue a
Request for Proposals (RFP) for Distribution Warehouse Services.

MMC will be seeking Proponents that can provide the following Services:
 Third Party Logistics Partnership with Hospital Logistics Inc. (HLI).
 Ability to provide Space, Inventory, Logistics support, and Distribution to the
named hospitals serviced by MMC in Western Ontario.
 Meet dynamic delivery schedules that may include daily delivery or deliveries 1-
4x per week, site dependent.
 Handle approximately (not limited to) 4000 different SKUs and $100M of annual
revenue.
 Open to and capable of expanding offering to other hospitals in the Western
Ontario Region.
 Willing to expand product offerings dependent upon hospitals’ requirements.
Participating MMC Hospitals:
 London Health Science Centre
 Windsor Regional
 Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare (Windsor)
 Chatham-Kent Health Alliance
 Bluewater Health
 Erie Shores Healthcare
 Other hospitals within the Ontario Health West Region

The RFP is targeted to be posted in September 2025.
The contract term is anticipated to be five (5) years with an option to extend for
additional annual periods.
