Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Property Valuation Services. This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.

BNS seeks the services of an experienced real estate appraisal firm (e.g., proprietorship, company, corporation, partnership, etc.) to conduct asset valuation appraisals of buildings and structures for replacement cost insurance and other management purposes. The Successful Proponent will understand the complexities and details involved with, and possess the ability to provide property valuation services for a varied and wide-spread property portfolio.
