Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Greenery Supplies and Services for the Evergreen Festival. This RFQ is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.

BNS is seeking a florist or greenery provider (e.g., Proprietorship, Company, Corporation) to supply and install greenery (e.g., evergreen and twig displays, balsam garlands, balsam wreaths, etc.) on the Halifax Waterfront for the Evergreen Festival. The Successful Respondent will understand the complexities and details that are involved with supplying and installing greenery in an outdoor setting for an open air festival of this magnitude.
