Description

Rocky View County Gravel Program 2025: This tender is only open to Bidders who have been prequalified for the 2025 Gravel Program. For information regarding this project, you may contact: PublicBids@rockyview.ca The only persons who are, or shall be, authorized to speak or act for Rocky View County with respect to this Tender, are those whose positions or names have been specifically designated by the Issuing Office. Questions or concerns regarding this Tender must be received by the contact listed above via email before the question period deadline, 4 business days before the Tender closing date. Tenders must be received no later than 14:00:00 hrs. local time on April 30, 2025, Tenders must be submitted by email only under the following conditions. Maximum attachment size of 10 MB. On your e-mail submission, you are requested to indicate “Delivery Receipt” requested. E-mail submissions may be sent to publicbids@rockyview.ca A Bidder must indicate “Tender for Construction, ITT 25-005” with the time and date of tender opening clearly marked in the email subject line. A Bidder must indicate its name and address clearly in the email so that the submission can be identified. It shall be the Bidder’s responsibility to confirm with the Owner that its Tender has been received prior to Tender closing. Facsimile changes to the unit price schedule will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The Owner reserves the right to accept a Tender other than the lowest Tender without stating reasons. The Owner has the right to award the work to whomever it chooses, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reasons the Owner deems appropriate.
