The scope of work for this contract is to provide investigative work, pre-design, detailed design development, construction and contract administrative services, and project close-out and Performance Measurement and Verification for cooling equipment replacement for three separate projects:

• Building 6 & 7.
• Building 8 & 9, and
• Building 10E and 10W.
• The intent is that each of the three projects will have their own contract and distinct financial controls.
