Lac La Biche County (the “County”) invites the submission of Proposals from qualified Feasibility Consultants or teams of qualitied professional services firms (the “Consultant”) for the provision of a feasibility study on the development of a lagoon adjacent to McArthur Park (in the lake) in the hamlet of Lac La Biche, Alberta, Canada (the “Project”).
