Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is issued by the City of Cold Lake (the “City”) to invite submissions from experienced and qualified Proponents capable of entering into an agreement to provide CLASS III LANDFILL MAINTENANCE SERVICES. The initial contract term will be three (3) years, with options for extensions for additional terms at the City’s discretion.
