Description

The Province is seeking an experienced and qualified service provider to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth review of the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). The objectives of the review are to assess RECA"s effectiveness, including how and the extent to which RECA achieves its mandate. The review will include governance and leadership; regulatory framework and effectiveness of operations and functions under that framework; internal relationships and culture; external stakeholder relationships and engagement practices; and administrative operations, including financial management and oversight.
