The City of Calgary (The City), on behalf of the Calgary Police Service (CPS), seeks a supplier to provide a commercial off-the-shelf Recruiting Software Solution that aligns with CPS Recruiting process outlined in Reference A – Police Recruit Selection Standards Process Overview. The proposed solution will be used as the initial application process for individuals embarking on a career within law enforcement and may be an on prem or cloud-based software solution. This scope of work will be completed in three (3) phases: • Phase 1 – Proof of Concept • Phase 2 – Implementation of Proposed Software Solution • Phase 3 - Ongoing Maintenance and Support of Software Solution When applicable, The City may also purchase associated software upgrades and features that will work seamlessly with the proposed software solution. It is The City’s expectation that the successful Supplier will collaborate with CPS to ensure the proposed solution meets all operational needs. The City aims to establish mutually beneficial support and communication between awarded parties to ensure that any issues impacting CPS operations are addressed efficiently.
