The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required for the supply and delivery of Allison Transmission repair parts for the City on an if, as, and when required basis.

The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform.

Intended term of Contract will be 1 year. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to 9 additional years. The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion.

It is the City"s intention to enter into the Contract with only one bidder.
