Bidders are advised that there will be an Mandatory conference call to be held on October 29 2024 at 2PM (Newfoundland time). Attendees will meet the BGIS representative Microsoft Teams. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representatives including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist named in this ITT by October 28 2024 before 2:30pm to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative(s) being refused access to the call. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the conference call time in the case when there are multiple call times. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the conference call by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the conference call.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
