• Want to be a Preferred Vendor for Advertising & Marketing Communications Services?
  
  Centralized Supply Chain Ontario (operating as Supply Ontario) seeks proposals from highly qualified, experienced vendors to qualify as Preferred Vendors for the provision of advertising and marketing communications services to Ontario government ministries and agencies.
  
  Candidates who qualify as Preferred Vendors will have the opportunity to work with government to develop communication campaigns/programmes that inform Ontarians by providing key services (e.g. strategic planning, creative development and execution, multi-platform digital, social media, multi-channel content, measurement/optimization, etc.).
  
  Only Preferred Vendors will be invited to compete for projects when they become available.
  
  Vendors may apply here to join the Advertising and Marketing Communications Services Preferred Vendor group. If you qualify for this Vendor-of-Record (VOR) arrangement, you will be considered for future Client projects with budgets of $30,300 or more. If you are suitable, your firm may be invited to compete with a few other VOR vendors for these assignments. Note that Clients conduct their own procurements under $30,300 but are strongly encouraged to invite Advertising VOR Vendors.
  
  The Advertising and Marketing Communications Services VOR Master Agreement contract is for 4 years, effective April 1, 2025.

• Scope of Work
  Preferred Advertising Vendors may provide the following services:
  
  Account Management – budget maintenance, estimates, reconciliations, payments.
  
  Collaborative Strategic Planning & Execution – develop, execute, track results against a strategy.
  
  Cooperative Marketing & Partnerships – develop / support cooperative marketing to amplify efforts.
  
  Owned Channel Integration – input and synergies with Ministry / Agency partners to integrate user experiences.
  
  Outcomes & Reporting – expertise, tools, data and other techniques to track program performance and qualitative / quantitative results.
  
  Insights – work with researchers to test concepts, interpret / leverage trends and refine targeting and projects.
  
  Creative Strategy, Design & Direction – data-driven approach integrating audience preferences and trends.
  
  Project Management – planning, oversight, quality-control and delivery of print, broadcast, OOH, digital marketing, cinema, consumer / trade shows, partnership materials and video.
