Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for the Pro Shop services at the J.K. Irving
Centre, will be received until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 by:

Tender packages may be obtained at the above noted address or through the New Brunswick
Opportunities Network (NBON). It is the responsibility of the bidder to register with NBON.

A public opening of tenders will take place at the Town of Grand-Bouctouche office immediately following the close of the tendering period. No award will be made at the tender opening.

The highest priced compliant bid or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Town of Grand-Bouctouche invites tenders for Pro Shop services at the J.K. Irving Centre. Proponents are invited to provide a financial bid in the form of a monthly rent proposal for the location of a space within the facility. The successful tenderer will have to provide the minimum services as listed in this tender call. The agreement will be for a five (5) year contract renewable for an extra two (2) years for the period of November 1st, 2024, until August 31st, 2029. The total potential
duration of the agreement is seven (7) years.
