This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Health Authorities to identify Proponent(s) to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and the Health Authorities, through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority for the supply of the Intravenous and Subcutaneous Compounding, Supplies, Equipment Rentals and Service.
